Virtual Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous professional to provide administrative support to our CEO and team in a growth phase.

As a key member of our virtual team, you will be responsible for various duties including:

  • Updating content on our website
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, arranging travel, coordinating Board documents and formatting policy and advocacy documents
  • Maintaining and updating member records and renewals in our CRM database system

Requirements:

  • At least four years' relevant administrative support experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing members
  • Ability to work independently as a member of a small team
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills, including note-taking from meetings
