This role involves supervising a diverse group of mechanical maintenance technicians and ensuring safe, reliable, and stable fixed plant asset performance.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Fixed Plant Mechanical Trade Qualification (Mechanical or Boilermaker) - highly desirable
- A proven track record of high-level safety leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in preventing repeat downtime events
- Proven technical experience within maintenance in a mining business with exposure to shutdowns – highly desirable
- Systems focus to ensure preventative maintenance is completed to a high standard
