About Technical Resources

We are seeking a skilled E&I Project Coordinator to join our sustaining capital project team in this 24-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of projects on site, coordinating multiple Contracting Partners and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the Construction Lead and Project Engineers in overseeing contractor site reporting elements (cost, quality, schedule, site delivery & safety) related to the project.
  • Collaborate with Project Advisors to ensure that all site construction activities comply with and are delivered to client standards.
  • Identify potential schedule impacts and implement strategies to assist in schedule realignment.
  • Implement improvements during project delivery.
  • Support the Project QA/QC team to identify deviations from Standards/Specifications and assist in verification of ITR/ITP.
  • Compile punch lists prior to commissioning.
  • Liaise with Operations during the commissioning phase.
  • Verify Contractor day sheets/timesheets.
  • Prepare daily site logs and handover reports.
  • Attend Operation's daily update meetings during shutdown periods.

  • You thrive collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary projects (i.e., building, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, civil and earthworks).
  • Experience with building fabrication and construction within a brownfield environment.

$85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
