">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced leader to join our maintenance team as a High-Level Maintenance Leadership Position. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct leadership to Supervisors and Technical Specialists (Coordinators) overseeing compliance with maintenance standards, procedures, systems, process, work instructions and defined mastery verification process to achieve optimal performance outcomes.
">Your previous success in leading a large team and building a positive workplace culture will be paramount in setting you up for success. You will possess strong engagement, influencing and collaboration skills in order to achieve the high-level outcomes with your team.
