Job OverviewWe are seeking ambitious professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives, focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
This is a pure business development role, where you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals within a short sales cycle.
As a Business Development Executive, you will have the chance to work closely with external partners, present and demonstrate our payments platform capabilities, and develop strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue.
You will also collaborate with customer success teams to ensure continued growth and a positive ongoing customer experience once clients are onboarded.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies across assigned territories
- Meet or exceed set KPIs, growth, and revenue targets
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders
- Create and implement strategic account/territory plans
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new opportunities
- Pipeline and CRM management
- 5+ years of sales experience (phone-based and in-person)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a strong understanding of business principles
- Hunter mentality with a growth mindset
- Driven and engaged professional with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Rigor and courage to persist under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and sales CRM software
- Strategic prospecting, lead generation, and outbound selling skills
- Closing and consultative selling techniques
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making
