Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role
  • You will be working closely with our existing client base to identify new sales opportunities and pitching our services to potential clients face-to-face, phone, and email.
  • You will be required to develop new business in interstate and linehaul freight.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and successfully onboarding new clients will also be a key part of your role.
  • Achieving and exceeding set sales targets with the support of our experienced team will be a major priority.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Pitching our services to potential clients.
  • Developing new business in interstate and linehaul freight.
  • Negotiating commercial terms.
  • Onboarding new clients.
Requirements
  • Proven sales or business development experience (Transport & Logistics industry experience essential).
  • Exposure to interstate express and general freight markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work independently.
  • Confident, energetic, and highly self-motivated.
