Home Care Assistant Job Description

Caregivers play a vital role in improving the quality of life for seniors and other homebound individuals. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and engage clients in conversation, activities, and hobbies.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help clients with mobility issues and remind them to take their medication.
  • Drive clients to appointments and errands.
Qualifications:
  • 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
