Support Worker - Community Care (Logan City & Surrounds) - Companion Care Right at Home Greater Logan assists clients who require care services whilst living independently at home.
We are passionate about delivering care for our clients and are proud of our team-focused, professional culture.
With our small, close-knit team, we are looking to expand our numbers to continue providing quality care and spread our name throughout the community.We are currently seeking Aged and Disability Support Workers who are located in the Logan City and Brisbane South areas for several of our clients.
We are looking forexperiencedcarers who love growing long-term relationships, with a high-quality service, based in the community.
Tasks involved in this position will be Personal Cares, Social Support, Domestic Assistance, Transport and many more.
Previous aged and disability experience will behighly regarded.
- Above hourly award rates between $36 - $41- Travel reimbursement- Flexible hours- Opportunities for a Permanent Part-Time contract- Ongoing personal development and career progression Qualifications The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Australian National Police CheckCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateYellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceDrivers license and your own vehicleProof of COVID-19 vaccinationsBe willing to travel within the whole of Logan City (approximately 30 minute radius)Experience withcomplex behaviours and high care clients (ideal)
