Randstad Australia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our client's dynamic team in the energy sector. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail.
- Complete work orders in a timely and organized manner, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, streamlining the procurement process and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Provide occasional reception coverage, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and poise.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of success in data entry and office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Professional attitude, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
