Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of keying pricing data records within published lead times.
  • Reviewing data for accuracy before it is entered into the Orion (ERP) System.
  • Maintaining accurate data through basic data analysis.
  • Completing quality assurance checks.
  • Regular reporting utilizing MS Office; Excel, Access Database, etc.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Filing.
  • Project work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and detailed processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with management to drive process improvements.
  • Management and leadership skills.
