The Opportunity

We have multiple opportunities available for experienced Data Entry/Customer Support Officers to join our diverse team based in Adelaide. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life every day, feeling a sense of satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work have a purpose.

Your Responsibilities

  • Enter critical data into the system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administration support to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure EML proactively and efficiently manages workers compensation claims.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide advice on lump sum and weekly payments.
  • Review and establish average weekly earning rates for injured workers, using pay evidence.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including bank account setup, claims systems work queues, letter creation, and sending.

About You

  • You will have customer service and/or office experience, with an accounting and/or payment processing background being advantageous.
  • You will possess advanced competency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • You will have superior time management and organization skills to direct and prioritize your responsibilities and workflow.
  • You will have experience in providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
