We are seeking an enthusiastic Cellar Door & Event staff to join our team, providing top-tier service to all property guests while ensuring the highest standards of presentation across Emma's Cottage Cellar door and Accommodation.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering wine and hospitality experiences, creating lasting impressions on all property visitors.

**Key Responsibilities Include**

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all property guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of outstanding.

2. Maintain the highest standards of presentation across Emma's Cottage Cellar door and Accommodation at all times.

3. Conduct wine tastings, offer informed service, and achieve sales targets.

4. Provide best possible service across the venue's events calendar, working closely with Estate managers to ensure seamless delivery.

5. Assist customers with phone enquiries and provide expert knowledge on wine appreciation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

A love of customer service and hospitality.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Fun and friendly attitude towards customer service and a warm and bubbly personality
Wine knowledge and/or appreciation highly desired but a keen interest is a must.
Availability to work weekend & some evening shifts.
A current RSA (or to be obtained prior to start).
Own transport essential.
