Charles Melton Wines is a boutique Barossa Valley winery specialising in premium red wines since 1984. Located within the small village of Krondorf, we are focused on producing wines with outstanding structure & style.

We have a small, dedicated team of professionals and are seeking a Cellar Door ambassador to compliment and complete our team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining & developing relationships with our loyal customer base
- Providing friendly, tailored and knowledgeable service to our guests in the Cellar Door
- Conducting highly specialised wine tasting experiences
- Packing of freighted orders
- Preparation of food platters
- Completing end of day procedures

Job Requirements

To be successful in the role, you will need to possess the following traits:

- Have exceptional communication skills
- A strong passion for wine
- A strong work ethic, and be self-motivated
- Be customer focused
- Have a current RSA
- Previous Cellar Door sales experience is favourable but not essential
- Availability for weekend & public holiday work
