Wine Service Associate

At our Cellar Door and Pizzeria, we're seeking passionate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and create lasting impressions on our guests.

We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for assisting with the running of our Cellar Door and Pizzeria.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting wine tastings while promoting responsible alcohol service
  • Taking and delivering orders from our menus
  • Providing prompt and courteous service to our guests
  • Assisting with growth of club memberships
  • Maintaining stock levels in the cellar door
  • Assisting with wine club sales, promotions and packing of orders
  • Opening and closing of the Cellar Door and Pizzeria

A current RSA (or to be obtained prior to start) is required. We're looking for individuals with a fun and friendly attitude towards customer service, a warm and bubbly personality, and a keen interest in wine knowledge and appreciation.
