Our Cellar Door Sales Ambassador assists with the day to day running of the Cellar Door, with responsibility for the effective delivery of wine knowledge, product and excellence in service through all customer interactions. We aim to provide each of our guest to best possible experience during their visit of the Barossa Valley.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve Wine Club, Mailing List and Over the Counter sales to agreed KPI's
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures on a daily basis
- Achieve sales through the use of POS and Exonet software programs
- Ability to use Windows, Outlook, Word & Excel
- Provide exemplary customer service in regards to pouring and presenting wines as well as having excellent, wine knowledge
- Communicate Two Hands brand message clearly at all times
- Ensure all areas are clean and orderly
- Follow all Cellar Door policies and procedures
- Record, restock and maintain Cellar Door inventory
- Ensure both customers and Two Hands needs are met at all times
- Communicate with the management on a regular basis regarding tasting room management and/or issues
- Represent Two Hands Wines and its products &experiences at every available opportunity
- Provide feedback from internal & external customers on promotional activities
- Assist where required with the preparation of public and private events
- Maintain Workplace Health & safety and HACCP regulations

Job Requirements
- A passion for wine and an ability to share this with customers and staff
- Strong communication skills with both customers and staff
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Demonstrate appropriate leadership as required
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers to resolve issues
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Analytical / problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills & phone manner
