This role will be responsible to:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of Cellar Door tastings, sales an exceptional customer experience
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our valued members and guests
- Recruiting and managing casual / permanent part-time staff.
- Conduct and provide training to the cellar door team
- Manage cellar door related events
- Manage wine, retail merchandise and stock control
- Provide daily/end of day reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitality industry and community organisations
- work collaboratively with our management team.

Job Requirements
- Friendly, positive nature, and enjoy all aspects of guest interaction
- A passion for wine and delivering a seamless front of house experience
- Proven experience managing and empowering teams and rostering of staff
- Experience in daily takings reconciliation, budget tracking, management reports in relation to the cellar door
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated with the ability to sell premium wine products
- Australian Drivers licence, RSA
- Event management experience is desirable
- WSET qualifications desirable
- This full time position includes Saturdays and Sundays.
