**Position Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and proactive **Cellar Door Assistant** to join our team at Sobels Winey. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting and selling our wines, and ensuring that our cellar door is clean and well-organised at all times. A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) license is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with wine tastings and purchases, providing excellent customer service.
- Promote and sell wines, educating customers on our wine varieties.
- Refill and restock the fridge and displays with wine and merchandise as needed.
- Arrange goods and ensure the cellar door is well-organised.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the cellar door, including washing glasses and general cleaning duties.
- Support other team members in providing a high-quality visitor experience.

**Requirements**:

- Valid RSA license (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to lift and move wine cases and other merchandise as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.74 - $36.09 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
