THE OPPORTUNITY

Come join the Team Bimbadgen Estate are eagerly recruiting for a full-time position Cellar Door & Pizzeria Manager. This a great opportunity in one of the best Cellar Doors in the Hunter in a dynamic and engaging leadership role.

The role is also responsible for the day-to-day management of our Pizzeria immediately adjacent to the cellar door. The Pizzeria operates 7 days per week with extended hours over the weekend period providing a more casual offering to ESCA Restaurant upstairs.

You will also lead your team and be responsible for delivering an exceptional wine tasting experience along with engaging and attentive customer service within these areas. To be successful in this role you should have outstanding customer service, a passion for wine and tourism and strong desire to grow your knowledge of the industry.

ABOUT YOU
- Wine Industry experience (highly regarded) or knowledge and passion for wine
- Be sales and service driven and able to meet set targets
- Excellent communication skills and desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests
- Ability to deliver memorable tasting experiences and drive cellar door sales
- Effective team player
- Professional and personable nature
- Excellent time management Skills and ability to multi-task
- Available to work weekends and some nights
- RSA and own transport essential
