Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The Technology Support Specialist role is critical in delivering exceptional technical assistance and support to end-users. This includes office technology ranging from TVs and meeting rooms to personal devices such as laptops and mobile phones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-person technical assistance to end-users.
  • Create and manage user accounts, including deletion.
  • Manage hardware delivery and return, including troubleshooting.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and office technology are functional.
  • Deliver training to end-users as required.
  • Support key events and functions requiring technology.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware problems, including repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on a Service Desk or equivalent.
  • Experience providing new user support, including account creation, onboarding, hardware, and software deployment.
  • In-person support for Teams meeting rooms and related equipment.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and print servers.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
