SIAM/ITSM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SIAM/ITSM Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in facilitating the uplift to ITIL 4 practice model.
Job Summary:The successful SIAM/ITSM Specialist will be responsible for working closely with the SIAM Project team to ensure all project deliverables in scope are defined and met as required. They will also assist in the operational change to implement SIAM and have experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the SIAM Project team to ensure all project deliverables in scope are defined and met as required.
- Assist in the operational change to implement SIAM.
- Have experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model.
- Strong understanding of Service Management and Transition delivery including Commercial management, SIAM, ITSM and ITOM.
- Understanding of design and implementation of complex tool ecosystems, such as ServiceNow, Splunk and other observability and support tools.
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading Federal Government department and contribute to the uplift to ITIL 4 practice model. The successful SIAM/ITSM Specialist will be offered a 3 year contract with the view to extend for a further 2 years.
