Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Assistant Pan Boiler to join our team in a permanent position at our sugar processing factory. This role requires shift work during the crushing season and day work during the maintenance period.

The Assistant Pan Boiler will be responsible for producing low-grade sugar by monitoring and controlling batch/continuous pans, assessing crystal size and massecuite quality, and making necessary adjustments to ensure sugar quality standards are met.

Requirements
  • Sugar processing experience
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space
  • Maintenance skills, including trade qualifications, Rigger, Dogger, and Scaffolder High Risk Work Licences (highly desirable)

The successful applicant will undertake further training to complete the necessary Assistant Pan Boiler station and maintenance competencies.
