Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our production team as a Manufacturing Support Specialist. This is a permanent position in our factory and requires shift work, including weekends and some overtime.

The Manufacturing Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting the production team to ensure factory reliability and performance. You will work within the production shift team, assist the control lab, and support the day execution team with break-in and preventive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work safely and effectively within a team environment as a member of the Production Shift team.
  • Collect Bagasse and wastewater samples for lab analysis.
  • Collect mill crushing juice samples (mill 2-5).
  • Conduct steam out of juice supply lines to the lab when required.
  • Assist the production team with operating mobile plant to meet factory requirements.
  • Help complete preventive and emergency breakdown work.
  • Complete lubrication check sheets, and perform servicing and cleaning of factory equipment.
  • Report equipment faults, damage, and incidents via digital reporting tools.
  • Undertake further training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate under a rotating lifestyle shift roster (Days and Nights).
  • HR Licence.
  • Dogger certification.
  • Basic Rigger qualification.
  • Non-slew crane experience.
  • Confined space and working at heights certifications.
