
Data-Driven Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our customer success initiatives, focusing on driving adoption and value for our clients across ANZ.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our client relationships, ensuring they achieve maximum benefit from our products and services.
Your expertise in data, customer segmentation, and marketing technology will be essential in developing strategic partnerships with our clients, identifying their business needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to drive results.
You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceeding client expectations and building long-term relationships.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective operating rhythms with clients, increase usage and adoption of our Marketing Services solution, and promote sales teams supporting other data management clients.

Skills Required:
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a focus on driving adoption and value for clients.
- Strong expertise in data, customer segmentation, and marketing technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
