We're seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for customer success to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive client adoption and retention. Your expertise in data management, marketing services, and customer segmentation will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
Responsibilities- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to deliver successful Client Success Events and Round Tables.
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
- Drive adoption and expansion of Experian Marketing Services solution across client accounts.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing or data management space.
- University qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Experience solving enterprise technology and data challenges, with a proven track record of over-achievement and exceeding expectations.
