Change Initiatives Coordinator

This is a part-time role for a Change Initiatives Coordinator. You will be working on various projects driving technology, organisational, people and process changes.

  • Drive the delivery of change initiatives that meet desired outcomes.
  • Lead and track stakeholder engagement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with Project Management Office (PMO) members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop effective change communication strategies that resonate with all parties involved.
  • Collaborate in project/workgroups to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee change communications, plans and strategies to drive business transformation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in organisational IT change management is essential.
  • A mix of IT, transformation and business projects experience is required.
  • Government experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a change lead role is necessary.
  • Business transformation project experience is highly valued.
  • High level stakeholder engagement and management skills are crucial.
