About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to our Identity and Access Management project.
  • They will foster stakeholder engagement and communication activities to build awareness and support for the transformation.
  • Design and deliver training programs and resources to enable successful adoption of new systems.
  • Identify risks, manage resistance, and embed sustainable change into our business operations.
Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative change professional with expertise in leading complex IT transformation initiatives and interpersonal skills to influence and support stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Key Skills
  • Proven success in delivering change within large IT programs, ideally including Identity and Access capability uplift.
  • Experience in delivering change and communications in a higher education context is highly regarded.
  • Strong experience in consulting, partnering with and coaching senior leaders and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Expertise in planning and delivering clear, targeted communications to diverse audiences through multiple channels.
  • A results-driven, resilient, and positive approach, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in organisational change, project management, business or related field, or equivalent experience/training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the capacity to quickly learn new applications and tools.
