As a Consultant, you'll partner with top-tier professionals to tackle large-scale, high-impact projects alongside senior executives and industry leaders. What Will Your Day Look Like?
You'll be part of a dynamic project delivery team, where you'll:
- Lead and/or support streams of work, identify and diagnose client problems, and co-design innovative solutions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Leverage Deloitte's global network and cutting-edge methodologies, including Design Thinking, Data Analytics, and Project and Program Delivery.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure timely and impactful project delivery.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their consulting capabilities.
- Contribute to thought leadership, practice development, and market initiatives.
About You
You're a motivated practitioner with a passion for operations, advisory, transformation, or program management. Your ability to deliver exceptional results independently and as part of a team makes you a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Requirements
- Experience delivering projects in a client-facing or advisory role, in-house or in a consulting environment.
- Proven expertise in digital system implementations, process improvements, risk analysis, and operational transformation.
- A track record of hypothesis-driven problem-solving and delivering exceptional outcomes in high-pressure environments.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly at both executive and working levels.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in heavy asset industries (e.g., mining, power & utilities, transport) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Curiosity to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
