Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at 1300SMILES Buderim.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional patient experiences. If you have prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, we encourage you to apply.
About You- We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- A high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor even during busy periods, is essential.
- You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience with basic computer software such as MS Office is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
- A compassionate and understanding approach towards patients is crucial to making them feel at ease.
