Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse systems, processes, and structures to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience, streamline workflows, and optimise resource utilisation.
  • Provide recommendations on process redesign, system upgrades, and compliance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes and support change management initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and proposals to advise senior management and stakeholders on operational enhancements.
  • Mentor and support staff in developing capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Finance, or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, organisational development, or continuous improvement within the financial services or mortgage lending sector.
  • Strong knowledge of systems, operational structures, and process optimisation methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify gaps, recommend enhancements, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring capabilities to support organisational change and capability building.
