Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Performance Enhancement Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in creating, developing, and managing performance strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for network and corporate enquiries regarding performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to facilitate and coordinate performance initiatives and goals.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership as guided by the Chief of Staff.
  • Maintain communication between the Head of Performance and internal stakeholders, teams, and departments.
  • Develop and refine internal processes that support senior executives company-wide.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Exceptional administration skills, strong communication style, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
  • Strong initiative and ability to self-manage priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.
