About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Organisational Performance Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing performance reporting frameworks, analysing operational data, and partnering with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to meet business needs
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create client-facing reports that clearly demonstrate results and improvement initiatives
  • S support continuous improvement projects and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and drives value
  • Leverage Business Intelligence tools, automation, and data visualisation to streamline reporting processes

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation
  • Experience developing KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
