About Your Role
  • Lead warranty management processes to ensure reliability and availability milestones are achieved.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of direct reports to work collaboratively, manage risks, and deliver excellence across customer interfaces, supplier relationships, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee commercial contract management to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Represent the organization in customer-facing interactions to build strong relationships and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Drive influence in problem-solving and product development by employing root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  • Utilize enterprise resource planning systems (SAP preferred) to monitor warranty claims and ensure process efficiency.
About You
  • Proven experience in the rolling stock industry, specifically in warranty, maintenance, or operational support roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring team members.
  • Expertise in customer-facing positions, including account and supplier management.
  • Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and execution of commercial contracts.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage contracts, track performance, and identify issues.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to foster collaboration and team success.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities that influence positive outcomes.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges and balance competing priorities.
