Job Title: Strategic Account Professional

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Professional to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans for high volume transactional accounts, driving sustainable sales growth and profitability within grocery and mass merchant channels.

Your Role:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for customers, coordinating with local cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Support market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth.
  • Create commercial strategies, including impactful distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
  • Participate in critical customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value and align with long-term business goals for sustained growth.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value propositions and solutions driving customer buy-in.
  • Monitor and continuously improve sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and ideally come with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment from specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain.
  • Able to drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting while developing proposals and monitoring KPIs.
  • Manage customer relationships and accounts, employing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement.
