Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account professional to fill a strategic account management role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative, bespoke solutions for high volume transactional accounts to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability within grocery and mass merchant channels.

Your Role:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies, including impactful distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
  • Support in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth.
  • Create and execute presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value propositions and solutions driving customer buy-in.
You're the right fit if:
  • Hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and come with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment from specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain.
  • Able to drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting while developing proposals and monitoring KPIs.
