Desktop Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide technical assistance to users with a wide range of desktop support issues. Your expertise in setting up and configuring new devices, including laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals, will be essential in ensuring that our users have the necessary tools to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to users across various levels of seniority
  • Set up and configure new devices, including laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals
  • Support users via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or remote tools
  • Maintain accurate records of service details, time spent, and job notes
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in basic hardware and operating system knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian driver's license and ability to pass background checks
