Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Desktop Technician to join our team. As a key member of the technical support staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality assistance to our users.

Responsibilities will include performing desktop builds, managing and maintaining build rooms, receiving and storing goods and assets, and ensuring that each desktop device is installed with the appropriate software image. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation and manuals, as well as assisting with hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops.

Additional responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining desktop devices for their entire lifecycle, configuring and installing software, and ensuring that all devices are properly patched and updated. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
