Our Behaviour Support Practitioner Team Manager is a key position that plays a crucial role in leading our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads by example, role modelling a small caseload of clients, providing evidence-based psychological services in the community.
  • Meets with individual team members weekly, face-to-face, to support them to achieve their full potential for themselves and their clients.
  • Facilitates team meetings, analyses performance and compliance reports, and develops action plans to ensure the team is working effectively.

About You:

We're looking for a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with leadership qualities who is passionate about empowering and motivating clients and health professionals to be their best.

  • You are registered as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner.
