Job Description: Senior Child and Family Practitioner

We're seeking an experienced Social Worker, Psychologist, Case Worker or Case Manager to join our Resilient Families program as a Senior Child and Family Practitioner. In this role, you'll be working with vulnerable families to reduce risks and strengthen family resilience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments to identify family strengths and needs
  • Developing case plans that cater to each family's unique circumstances
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure best practice and continuous improvement
  • Supporting the senior team with broader program development and implementation
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in delivering child protection services to vulnerable families
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to utilize technology effectively
  • The capacity to work independently and remotely
  • A high level of professional accountability and integrity
  • A relevant degree qualification and current driver's license
