We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and close-out. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, site visits, and progress updates;
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management;
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement;
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project;
