About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Community Experience Supervisor to join our team at Sheraton Hotel. This role is responsible for overseeing the Guest Services team and ensuring that our guests receive a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support the Guest Services team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Guest Service Expertise: Be knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding community, exceeding guest expectations through personalized service.
  • Room Assignment: Assign rooms according to guest preferences and requests, when possible.
  • General Enquiries: Handle guest enquiries, creating meaningful experiences tailored to individual needs.
  • Billing and Verification: Assist with verifying and adjusting billing, focusing on attention to detail and excellent communication.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with existing and new guests, delivering engaging experiences and thoughtful service to drive future bookings.
  • Service Standards: Oversee service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Team Empowerment: Create a supportive environment that empowers team members to grow and reach their potential.
  • Team Building: Plan and execute team-building activities to foster collaboration and teamwork.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: Relevant supervisory experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with property management systems, such as OPERA.
  • Working Rights: Current working rights in Australia.
  • Motivation: A strong desire to escalate your career and take on new challenges.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
