Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with guests and colleagues, ensuring seamless experiences and supervising the Guest Services team.
  • Be an expert on the hotel and surrounding community, exceeding guest expectations through your knowledge.
  • Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible, showcasing our commitment to tailored service.
  • Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that cater to individual needs.
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests, focusing on attention to detail and ensuring accuracy.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, driving future bookings.
  • Oversight of service standards, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance our offerings.
  • Serve as a confident and welcoming supervisor, fostering a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities for your team, emphasizing collaboration and collective growth.


Your Qualifications:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar platforms.
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A strong desire to advance your career and take on new challenges.
  • A self-motivated, driven, and energized approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Smart solutions and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.

Compensation Package:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
