Job Role:

An Implementation Associate is an entry-level professional responsible for delivering client onboarding and retention initiatives.

They provide data and design services, including importing files and creating reports or output documents, to customers. Additionally, they facilitate modular feature-based training of products and assist senior staff in providing training or data and design services to onboarding or expansion clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data and design services to customers
  • Facilitate modular feature-based training of products
  • Assist senior staff by working collaboratively to provide training or data and design services
Requirements:
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred
  • A good understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems
  • The ability to keep up with regular product rollouts and maintain expert knowledge of the Simpro suite of products
