We're seeking an accomplished onboarding specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving business growth, you'll be responsible for efficiently onboarding tour operators and accommodation partners into our extensive affiliate network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding processes via video calls, phone, and email.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance listing quality, ensuring accurate data, optimized pricing, and captivating visuals.
- Diagnose integration challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Perform routine audits to detect discrepancies, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancements.
- Lead workflow management initiatives, maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct regular reviews of operator performance, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in sales efforts, leveraging expertise to drive client onboarding and revenue growth.
