The Implementation Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client onboarding and retention experiences. Key responsibilities include providing data & design services, facilitating modular feature-based training of our products, and collaborating with senior staff to drive successful client deployments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide data & design services to customers, such as importing files and creating reports or output documents.
- Deliver high-quality training modules for Simpro Group's products, focusing on user adoption and success.
- Support senior staff in providing training or data & design services to onboarding or expansion clients, ensuring seamless integration and support.
- Contribute to customer preparation sessions, assist with administrative and project-related initiatives, and facilitate feature-based workshops or group learning modules.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge, staying up-to-date with recent product releases and enhancements.
- Drive industry knowledge and business acumen, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and questioning skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred.
- A solid understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems.
- The ability to stay focused on assigned tasks, prioritize deadlines, and manage competing demands.
- Ideal experience in a data-driven environment, leveraging insights to inform decision-making.
- An inquisitive and solution-focused mindset, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
