Job Title: Change Manager

As a seasoned professional in organizational change management, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful transformation within our Transformation Delivery team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies across operational change and project portfolios.

  • Enable seamless transitions for individuals, teams and the organization from current to future states.

  • Minimize resistance and increase adoption through effective change management practices.

  • Build organizational change capability and maturity through mentoring and capability uplift initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives, preferably gained in regulated sectors like insurance or banking where navigating compliance and legislation is critical.

  • Experience working across multiple operational and/or strategic programs, collaborating closely with senior leaders, managing competing priorities and dependencies across both small and large-scale change projects.

  • Strong understanding of contemporary change practices, methodologies, tools and behavioral science concepts.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels with the ability to work through high degrees of ambiguity and change.

  • Commitment to developing practical strategies that drive sustainable change adoption.
