About the Role:
- Foster a collaborative, innovative workplace culture that drives employee engagement and productivity.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain an organizational culture aligned with our company values.
- Lead staff onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Manage employee records through HR systems, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
- Design and implement HR projects and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and assist with selection processes.
- Provide expert advice to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and talent development.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and manage leave entitlements for all employees.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive business growth and identify opportunities for process improvements.
About You:
- At least five years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of employment laws, Fair Work Act, and National Employment Standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative, with a focus on driving results and improving processes.
