System Implementation Project Lead

Our organization is seeking a seasoned and proactive individual to lead and deliver change management activities for a system implementation program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and manage the change management strategy and plans including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management for system implementation projects.
  • Design and implement tailored change plans for two separate initiatives managing varying stakeholder needs and project phases concurrently.
  • Conduct change impact assessments identify gaps and manage business readiness activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units to drive alignment and support change adoption.
  • Effectively communicate the nature and benefits of changes to stakeholders through strategic planning and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading change management for system implementation or large-scale transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience working with in-house or external health and asset systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile project environments and system implementation methodologies (e.g., ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple change initiatives in parallel particularly at different lifecycle stages.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Kotter).
  • Experience developing and delivering change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and training approaches.
