Job Overview

The Time-Zone Security Leader is a critical role that oversees an organization of specialist sellers and technical specialists. This leader provides sales leadership and technical thought leadership to accelerate customers' digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspire managers and individuals in the organization, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achieving big bold goals.
  • Drive growth in the Security business through business outcome selling and expanding customer IT and Business connections.
  • Work closely with key partners to expand sales capabilities and reach.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Enable and empower specialist sales and technical specialist managers to drive Security business growth at or above targets.
  • Take ownership and accountability for delivering area business results and incubation business targets.
  • Influence the technical and product leadership agenda across field and corporate stakeholders.
Leadership Expectations
  • Provide Security industry thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their comprehensive needs.
  • Lead by example, engaging at CxO level to support and coach teams on new opportunity discovery and acceleration.
  • Lead and drive the external agenda of Specialist sellers to build and influence the market.
Success Metrics
  • Evaluate qualified pipeline in place for each market to reach revenue and business targets.
  • Maintain consistent coaching rhythm following sales & technical specialist manager coaching framework.
People Development
  • Create clarity, generate energy, and deliver success through an impactful people and readiness agenda.
  • Increase organizational health, building a team stronger tomorrow than today.
  • Develop a high-performing team by hiring diverse talent and prioritizing development.

Qualifications:
Required Skills

  • 14+ years technology-related sales or experience in technical sales management.
