Optical Customer Service Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Optical Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key contact, you will be responsible for leading our local Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service and experience for our customers across Queensland.

You will work closely with internal teams (Account Managers, Production, and Logistics) to ensure continuous improvement in our Customer Service standards. Your focus will be on supporting your team of 4 to exceed customer expectations and provide technical and troubleshooting advice.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Service team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and tools, including ordering systems.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
