Job Summary">

Our organization is seeking a Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts. They will also negotiate repayment plans and solutions to suit the customers' circumstances.

About the Role">

As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, building rapport and trust with our customers. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve debt and empower our customers to manage their finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make and receive high-volume outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Investigate overdue accounts and establish connections with customers
  • Build and establish relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Creat positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions and resolving objections
  • Use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales, or similar industries is preferred
  • Persistence and resilience to have challenging conversations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Passion for results and target-driven environment
  • Natural problem solver and solution provider
